Experiential agency Identity says it is expanding its operations across the U.S. after successfully delivering major experiences for Red Bull, Meta, TikTok and Salesforce.

The agency said it would be supporting growth by investing in teams at its New York and California offices. The announcement comes with the appointments of Megan Athanas as client director and James Howitt as VP.

Identity recently delivered The Red Bull Winter Edition with Olympic champion Lindsay Vonn, engaging more than 7,000 skiers with a handcrafted alpine newsstand installation and capturing content for a forthcoming national campaign.

James Howitt, VP client experience, Identity, said: “Our work with Red Bull reflects what makes Identity different, as we consider what success looks like for our clients and their audience. We’re excited to build on this and bring even more of our expertise directly to clients across the U.S.”

Identity said it had delivered a ‘portfolio of world-leading U.S. experiences in 2025’ including TikTok at the Met Gala, an evolution of Meta’s Burlingame Executive Briefing Centre and 25 networking experiences for software company Salesforce.

Athanas said: “Clients want bold thinking backed by flawless delivery, alongside a team that brings energy and personality to every project. Our expanded U.S. operation ensures we can deliver exactly that, at a scale and consistency that matches the ambitions of the brands we work with.”
