Inntel has secured a place on the new Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) Event Management & Delivery Framework (EMF1), strengthening the company’s offering to the public sector.
The appointment is under Lot 4 - Small Events and will enable Inntel to support eligible UK government departments and arm’s length bodies with small-scale and short-duration event requirements.
The four-year framework is due to run to 2030, with the possibility of an extension to 2032.
Under the framework, Inntel will provide support across event planning and delivery, including venue sourcing, delegate management and communications, supplier coordination, accessibility and sustainability requirements, event logistics and post-event reporting.
Sharon Bannister, head of MICE sales & account management at Inntel, said: “We are absolutely delighted. This appointment reflects the strength of our proposition, the expertise of our people, and our commitment to delivering exceptional event management and venue sourcing solutions for our clients. Being selected for this prestigious new framework provides an exciting opportunity to support government departments and public sector organisations in delivering impactful, cost-effective and well-managed sustainable events.”
The appointment adds to Inntel’s existing work across travel, accommodation, meetings and events and gives eligible public-sector organisations access to its venue sourcing and event management services through the new framework.
