Kershaw Partners has launched a new membership community for senior leaders in the events sector looking to scale, restructure or exit their companies.

The initiative, called Club Altura, offers access to resources, webinars and guidance from the consultancy team through a tiered membership model and marks 10 years in business for Kershaw Partners.

"Club Altura has been designed specifically for senior leaders," said Mike Kershaw, founder and director at Kershaw Partners. "After a decade of supporting event leaders through every stage of the business life-cycle, we have honed our processes, resources and guidance to a fine art. Whether the next step for your business is expansion, mergers and acquisitions, or a strategic exit, Club Altura will provide a specialised network and a suite of tools to support leaders in their next move."

The consultancy, founded in 2016, provides business advisory services to event companies, including support with growth, mergers and acquisitions, and exits.

Club Altura will operate on three membership tiers, with different levels of access to online resources, events, webinars and consultancy sessions.

“Each tier offers a different level of support, resources and a unique focus”, said David Watt, co-founder of Club Altura. “We want this to be a truly valuable resource for business leaders, and that starts by understanding their needs and creating the right environment for success.”

Some founding members have already been invited to join selected tiers.

"Business leaders need to connect and learn from other senior leaders in their industry - those who understand the unique landscape of events and the challenges of business", said Richard Dean, co-founder of Club Altura. "This community will create a hub for founders and senior leaders to share knowledge, build relationships and feel supported in making strategic decisions."
