Knightsbridge Global Representation has been appointed to represent Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in the UK meetings and events market.
The boutique agency will work with Accor's global sales team to grow awareness and generate business for the brands' portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts across Europe and Africa, targeting UK agencies, corporates and associations outside Accor's global managed account programme.
The portfolio includes Raffles London at The OWO, The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel, Fairmont Monte Carlo and the recently opened Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere.
The appointment will also provide UK event planners with a dedicated point of contact for venue enquiries, proposals, site inspections and familiarisation visits across both brands.
Knightsbridge Global Representation is led by managing director Nicola Byrne, who previously spent eight years at Accor, most recently as strategic meetings and events sales director for Luxry & Lifestyle.
Byrne said: "Raffles and Fairmont are two of the most recognised names in luxury hospitality, each with a distinct identity and an exceptional portfolio.
"Our role is to help UK planners understand where each hotel can deliver the greatest value for their clients, while making it as easy as possible to connect with the right teams. By combining deep knowledge of the portfolio with strong local relationships, we can create more meaningful opportunities for both our partners and the hotels."
Matthew Clive-Roberts, global vice president of sales at Raffles and Fairmont, added: "The UK remains one of our most important source markets for luxury meetings and events. We wanted a partner with genuine expertise in this sector rather than a generalist representation agency.
"Nicola and her team bring outstanding industry knowledge, long standing relationships and a trusted reputation built over three decades. This appointment gives UK planners faster, more personalised access to Raffles and Fairmont properties across Europe and Africa."
The appointment is Knightsbridge Global Representation's third client win since launching in January 2026, following agreements with Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts and Spanish destination management company maximice events group.
The agency said it will begin introducing the portfolio to the UK market through client events, educational visits and trade show activity this month.
