Specialist event management agency Lemon Lane is celebrating five years in business with continued year-on-year growth, a rebrand and new hires.

Lemon Lane was founded in September 2020 by Rachel Capell, Lucy Francis and Jade Howgrave-Graham, who previously worked for cievents. The agency has since grown to a turnover of £10.5m in the year ending 2025 and more than 20 staff. Its portfolio ranges from high-end incentives, and virtual and hybrid events, to large scale conferences and global road shows for high-profile multinational corporates.

The agency is also continuing to bolster its team with further strategic appointments in marketing and operations. This includes the appointment of Dylan Lad as project manager. He joins from Reed & McKay Events where he was event manager.

Lucy Francis, director, Lemon Lane said: “We are incredibly excited to be celebrating five years in business and really wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past five years. Our success so far has come from listening, learning fast, and delivering brilliantly. The next five years will be no different. We’ll keep growing, keep challenging ourselves, and keep proving that doing things the right way - with care, creativity and purpose - is the best business strategy there is.

“We are also excited to be unveiling a new look for Lemon Lane with our rebrand. It’s more than a design refresh - it’s a sign of us growing up (though not too much). The new brand reflects our growth, our ambitions for the future, and the confident place we now hold in the marketplace.”

Lemon Lane celebrated its fifth birthday with a party on the Roof Garden at the Ham Yard Hotel for clients, colleagues and suppliers.

Francis said: "It was a true celebration of everyone who has supported Lemon Lane on this journey so far. Guests were treated to music, drinks and delicious food. It was a real night to remember."
