Event management firm Taylor Lynn Corporation (TLC) has been acquired by Anna-Liisa Evans and Paul Gilmore, directors of leading florists Springbank.

The move sees TLC founder and CEO Liz Taylor step down after almost three decades leading the Manchester-based agency she founded in 1995. Under her direction, TLC became known for its high-end events and creative production, with clients spanning the corporate, luxury, and celebrity sectors.

Following the acquisition, Paul Gilmore will become CEO of TLC, steering the company through its next phase of growth. TLC’s operations will relocate to Springbank’s Cheshire headquarters, though both brands will continue to operate independently.

“This is a seamless transition,” said Gilmore. “Together, we’re combining decades of experience and creativity to offer an unmatched platform for event innovation and delivery.”

The deal formalises a long-standing creative relationship between Taylor and Evans, whose companies have collaborated for years on major event projects.

“Liz has built a global reputation for excellence in events,” said Evans. “We’re honoured to build on that legacy and lead TLC into an exciting new future.”

Dianne Lynn, Liz Taylor’s former TLC business partner, previously owned Springbank before selling it to Evans in 2004 - making this move a full-circle moment for both businesses.

Reflecting on her decision, Taylor said: “The synergy between Anna-Liisa and me has always been creatively electric. With Paul at the helm, TLC is in excellent hands for its next chapter. I’ll now focus on my consultancy business while remaining available to support when required.”

The acquisition brings together TLC’s long-established reputation for premium event management with Springbank’s acclaimed floral design and décor expertise. Both companies say the partnership will strengthen their ability to deliver integrated, high-impact experiences for clients across sectors.
