Natalie Glasgow has been appointed managing director of asembl.agency in a move designed to strengthen the agency’s senior leadership team as the business continues to scale.

The appointment follows what the agency described as a “deliberate, planned process” to ensure it has the day-to-day senior leadership needed to support its next phase of growth.

Glasgow joins the business with experience across agency and client-side roles spanning strategic events, experiential programmes and commercial leadership. Most recently, she served as managing director at Your Event Solutions, where she oversaw a period of growth and the integration process following Internova Travel Group’s acquisition of YES and Altour.

Prior to that, Glasgow led Global Events and Brand Experience at Publicis Groupe, delivering programmes for global brands at events including Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and CES.

In her new role, Glasgow will oversee the day-to-day operations of asembl.agency and work alongside the senior leadership team to strengthen the agency’s structure, delivery and growth strategy. She will report directly to the asembl.group board.

Gavin Farley, CEO of asembl.group, said: “Bringing Natalie into the business is a deliberate and exciting step for asembl.agency. As we continue to grow, we wanted a leader who could bring clarity, structure, and commercial strength without losing the creativity, energy, and client focus that define how we work.

“Natalie has built and scaled teams across some of the most demanding environments in the industry. Her people-first instincts, combined with genuine commercial and operational depth, make her exactly the right leader for this moment. We're delighted to welcome her as an asembler.”

Glasgow added: “asembl.agency has a clear point of view, genuine momentum, and some of the best talent in the industry. That combination doesn't happen by accident, and it's a big part of what drew me here.

“I'm joining to build on what already makes this place special, while bringing the structure, commercial focus, and clarity that will help the agency grow with confidence and support our next phase. I'm excited to become an asembler and to get going.”
