Live events specialist asembl. has appointed Penny Noble as client relationship director, along with four other Noble Events employees, after Noble Events entered administration.
Noble Events has entered administration, according to Companies House, just 12 months after the agency’s trade and assets were acquired by event management and venue sourcing agency veSpace. Paul Ellison and Christopher Errington of KRE Corporate Recovery Ltd have been appointed as joint administrators, while veSpace continues to operate Noble Live in the UAE.
Noble joins asembl. alongside four former Noble Events colleagues - Alice Bland, Katie Stephens, Kate Hodson-Walker and Hannah Taylor-Jones - as part of the agency’s ongoing investment in senior talent and client delivery capability.
An established figure in the events industry, Noble founded Midlands-based Noble Events, which built a reputation for delivering high-profile automotive product launches for brands including Aston Martin and Porsche, alongside media, PR and incentive programmes.
In her new role at asembl., Noble will focus on nurturing client partnerships and supporting the continued growth of the asembl.group’s full-service event partner model.
She said: “I am truly
delighted to be joining Gavin, Adam, and the asembl. team. I have long since
admired the sheer tenacity and energy Gav brings to the industry and have been
incredibly impressed by the quality of the asembl.group agencies - they deserve
their “disruptor” rating, and I look forward to contributing to the growth of
the agency along with my colleagues who are joining me on this journey.”
Gavin Farley, CEO of asembl.group, added: “I’ve known
Penny for many years and have always admired what she built and the way she
operates. She is someone who brings experience, integrity, and a spark into any
room, and it’s genuinely an honour to welcome her into the asembl. family.
“Alongside Penny, join Alice, Katie, Kate, and Hannah, each bringing real strength in their own disciplines, and together they significantly elevate our team.”
VeSpace acquired Noble Events out of administration in February 2025, stating at the time that the move would provide continuity for clients and security for the agency’s team.
Anita Lowe, CEO of veSpace said: “It has
been a pleasure to work with Penny and the team at Noble, but with regret the business was
no longer viable due to downturn in customer industry and as such has been
placed into administration. veSpace continues to operate Noble Live in the UAE.”
