Specialist creative communications agency Top Banana has strengthened its leadership team after a standout 2025, underpinned by continued global growth across the wider TBA Group.
The agency has confirmed a record-breaking nine internal promotions so far this year, including Chris Dunstan, Lauren Jones, Celine Orgill, Hay Tang, Olive Unsworth and Katie Walker, reflecting Top Banana’s continued focus on developing talent from within. The promotions are driven by the agency’s Career Mapping framework and Next Gen Team programme, both central to its long-term people strategy.
As part of this momentum, Top Banana has also expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Megan Dawson, Charlotte Jarman and Stephanie Aviss. All three step into leadership roles directly from the agency’s Next Gen Team, supporting creative growth, operational excellence and people development as the business works towards its next three-year strategic plan.
Now in its sixth year as part of the TBA Group, Top Banana continues to build on its position as the Group’s specialist creative communications agency, delivering sustained year-on-year growth.
The leadership changes coincide with a transition for founding partner Richard Bridge, who moves into a consultancy role in 2026. Bridge will continue to champion the agency’s people-first culture while advising on strategic direction, working closely with managing director Jemma Peers as the business enters its next phase of growth under TBA Group CEO Guy Horner.
Alongside its leadership investment, Top Banana is also strengthening future-facing capability with the creation of its first in-house AI Content role, reinforcing its approach to using emerging technology to enhance, rather than replace, creative thinking. Several new concepts are already in development, with further progress expected later this year.
Jemma Peers, managing director, Top Banana, said: “Our people and their development truly shape Top B. We’re believe our success is always down to the unique blend of skills, passion and determination of the people we work with. With the energy of our expanded leadership team, and the extraordinary talent we have across the business, 2026 is set to be another phenomenal year. I’m excited for the ideas we’ll bring to life, the opportunities ahead and the impact we’ll create as a collective.”
Guy Horner, CEO, TBA Group, added: “This next chapter for TBA Group reflects our continued investment in talent, innovation and our unique specialist expertise across sports, brands an entertainment. The continued success and evolution of Top Banana strengthens our position within our brands division, cross collaboration across our global offices and reinforces our commitment to long-term growth. Richard has been fantastic to work with and I am delighted he continues to be closely involved. I am excited to be working with Jemma and her expanded leadership team as we shape the future with confidence in our strategy, pride in our people and focus on the value we deliver for clients to truly create experiences that leave impactful and lasting impressions for their target audiences.”
