Your Event Solutions (YES) has officially merged with ALTOUR, bringing the 25-year-old UK meetings and events specialist fully under the global business travel management company's brand.
YES’s specialist expertise, creative approach and client
relationships will carry forward under the ALTOUR brand, led by the same
people and service standards.
ALTOUR said the combined offering will support clients across business travel and the full events lifecycle, including strategy, sourcing, creative development, technology, delivery and reconciliation.
The YES name will disappear, but the business said its existing expertise and client relationships will continue under the ALTOUR brand.
Clients will also gain access to ALTOUR’s global reach, buying power and technology, including ALTOUR iQ, its data and analytics platform.
The platform brings event intake, approved budgets, delivery, reconciliation and experience analytics into a single real-time view, which ALTOUR said will provide greater financial oversight, an audit trail and insight into event impact.

YES was founded by Sue Gill in Halifax in 2001, and celebrated its 25-year milestone at an event at The Langham in London on Friday (11 September). Gill said the company’s focus on understanding clients and delivering creative experiences would remain central to the business following the move.
“When I founded YES 25 years ago, it was with a belief that extraordinary events begin with understanding people - their ambitions, their brands and the moments that matter to them,” said Gill.
“That belief, and the care and creativity our people bring to every client, remain at the heart of the business. I am incredibly proud of what we have built and excited to see it grow further within ALTOUR, opening up new possibilities for our clients without losing the personal touch that has always defined YES.”
The Halifax office will remain a key part of ALTOUR’s operations and the base for the people and expertise behind YES’s Yorkshire heritage.
ALTOUR said bringing the businesses together would allow it to support a wider range of client requirements, from managing corporate travel programmes to bringing people together through meetings and events.
The company has a presence in more than 90 countries and is part of Internova Travel Group.
The move marks the latest development in ALTOUR’s expansion across the meetings and events sector, combining its existing corporate travel capabilities with YES’s specialist events operation under a single brand.
